Netwealth is optimised to accept payments made via online electronic funds transfer (EFT) utilising the OSKO® service. Where a payment is made with the OSKO® service, it will be received instantly by Netwealth and where the correct referencing has been used with the payment (where applicable) it will be allocated directly into your account.
The funds applied to your account is cleared money that is able to be used for investment immediately.
To make a payment using OSKO®, the below steps must be followed:
- You must ensure the payment is made using the OSKO® service. A key identifier of this is you will see the OSKO® symbol on your banking provider screen when making the payment. It will look something like this:

Where a payment is not made using the OSKO service, standard EFT turn around times apply which is dependent on your banking provider (generally 1-2 business days)
- The personalised EFT banking details for your account are used. These details will be:

Payments made to any other Netwealth banking details will not be received instantly.
- The correct reference is used with the transfer:

The payment will only be instantly in your account where the correct referencing is used. This means one of the below letters representing the contribution type of the payment and NOTHING else:
