How do I change my details?
Online:
- Log in to your Netwealth online account.
- Navigate to the person icon in the top right hand corner, and select "Client details".
- Click the "Edit" icon to begin making your changes. On this page, you can edit details such as title, gender, email, correspondence method, view statements online, residential and postal address, as well as telephone/mobile phone details.
- Click "Next" to review the summary page of your changes and then click "Submit" to complete the change.
Offline:
This can be found on the website through Support > Forms and documents > Wealth Accelerator OR Super Accelerator > Updating your account > Change of details. You cannot change your correspondence and transaction method online and the offline transaction fee will not apply to these changes. All other changes allowed on this form can be performed online and the offline transaction fee will apply if you choose to make these changes offline using this form. You can use this form and send it to us digitally either through emailing it to us at contact@netwealth.com.au or if you have a financial adviser they can upload it via their Netwealth web portal through Activities & Tasks > Document Upload > Other. This form can be used to update an address, contact details, online access and communication method for your Netwealth account.
How do I change my name?
Online:
There is no online functionality to change your name. Please follow the offline instructions described below.
Offline:
This can be found on the website through Support > Forms and documents > Wealth Accelerator OR Super Accelerator > Updating your account > Change of name. You will need to provide certified document(s) to authorise this change. You cannot change your name online and the offline transaction fee will not apply.
How do I change my nominated bank account?
Online:
- Log in to your Netwealth online account.
- Navigate to My Details > Bank Settings.
- Make changes:
- To add a new bank account click on “Add bank account”. From here, input the bank account details in the right hand side panel, click on the tick box for “Nominated”, read and tick the terms and conditions, then click “next” in the bottom right. Review the changes made and click “submit” at the bottom right. The website will then send an SMS code to your mobile (if you have no mobile listed please add it to your personal details before commencing), input the sms code into the pop-up box that appears in the middle of the page and click “Confirm” to finalise.
- To make changes to existing bank accounts click the "Edit" button on the bank account you would like to become your nominated account. Then you will need to deselect "Additional nominated" and select "Nominated". Review the terms and conditions and the summary page before clicking the "Submit" button in the bottom right hand side panel to complete the change.
Offline:
You can find the relevant form by following the links through Support > Forms and documents > Wealth Accelerator OR Super Accelerator > Updating your account > Change of Nominated Bank Account. If you have a financial adviser they can upload the form via their Netwealth web portal through Activities & Tasks > Document Upload > Other, otherwise you will need to post this to Netwealth. While you can change your nominated bank details online in certain circumstances the offline transaction fee will not apply.
How do I change my adviser?
Online:
There is no online functionality to change your adviser. Please follow the offline instructions described below.
Offline:
You can nominate a new financial adviser or change from an existing financial adviser through a form located through Support > Forms and documents > Wealth Accelerator OR Super Accelerator > Updating adviser details > Change of adviser. You can use this form and send it to us digitally either through emailing it to us at contact@netwealth.com.au or if you have a financial adviser they can upload it via their Netwealth web portal through Activities & Tasks > Document Upload > Other. This transaction is not available online and the offline transaction fee will not apply.
