Each client has a unique BPAY Customer Reference Number (CRN). This can be found on the Netwealth Website, on periodic statements or by contacting Netwealth. You can check what details you need to use for the BPAY payments by logging into the Netwealth website and navigating to Portfolio page > Holdings > Help & Guide > How to Deposit, which will show you both the biller code applicable and your own unique Customer Reference Number (CRN). |

'Direct debit request' - to request a one-off or ad-hoc direct debit from your bank account; AND/OR (if required) 'Regular savings plan' form - to commence a regular savings plan. *If you do not have an adviser and have an individual, joint, sole trader or partnership account, you will not be able to Direct Debit into your Netwealth Wealth Accelerator account.
How do I contribute if I am overseas?
For clients who are wishing to make a contribution or deposit from overseas, the below bank information will need to be provided:

Netwealth can only accept wired transfers. Netwealth does not accept Automated Clearing House (ACH).
How do I find my personal deposit details?
You can find the individualised details for your account on the Netwealth website.
Once you're logged in, navigate to Portfolio, select the account and click the button "Deposit" in the top right-hand corner.
How do I fill out the direct debit request form?
The 'Direct Debit Request' form provides authority to Netwealth to arrange for any amount Netwealth Investments Limited may debit or charge you from an account held in the specified financial institution to the specified Netwealth account. The financial institution account signatories must sign this form, not necessarily the Netwealth account signatories if these are not the same.
How do I set up, edit or delete a regular savings plan?
To set up:
- Submit the the 'Regular Savings Plan' form to add the bank account to the Netwealth account.
- Once approved, log in to the Netwealth online portal, and navigate to Transactions > Deposit & Contribute > Savings Plan.
- Fill in the details including the monthly deposit amount, date to begin, adviser fees (if applicable), date to cease.
- Review the summary and confirm.
To edit or delete:
- Log in to the Netwealth online portal, and navigate to Transactions > Deposit & Contribute > Savings Plan.
- Adjust the required details, or select 'I wish to cancel the existing savings plan'.
- Review the summary and confirm.
If you have click 'I wish to cancel the existing savings plan' this will override any other instructions provided.
