How do I close a Netwealth Private account?

Clients can close their Netwealth Private account at any time by requesting a full withdrawal of funds or instructing Netwealth to transfer their assets to another account or nominated party. You can use the withdrawal form.

What happens if I lose my wholesale status? 

In the event you lose your wholesale investor status, Netwealth must consider you as a retail client and may take the following steps:

  • Discontinue providing services to the investor;
  • Restrict or limit access to investments;
  • Restrict or limit transaction access;
  • Cease accepting deposits in to Netwealth Private

Netwealth will contact the investor and request instructions regarding the transfer of investments to another suitable

Clients and advisers are notified in advance if action is required to avoid exiting Netwealth Private.

 

How do I update my wholesale investor status before it lapses?

You can upload evidence of your wholesale status via the document upload facility here.

Loss of wholesale status may result in reduced access to investments or services and may require restructuring of holdings.
