Opening a Netwealth Private account is a fully digital process.
You can complete an application by navigating to Open an Account > Netwealth Private > Express Netwealth Private. Ensure the product type selected in ‘Netwealth Private’.

Please note:
It is essential that all required documentation confirming wholesale status is submitted at the time of application or prior to transferring an account. Applications and transfer requests without evidence of the investor’s wholesale status cannot be processed.
- For new clients, an account can be opened online by selecting Netwealth Private during the account setup process. All applications must include evidence that the client qualifies as a wholesale investor.
- For existing clients, accounts can be transferred to Netwealth Private by completing the Wealth Accelerator to Netwealth Private transfer form. Clients must be validated as a wholesale investor prior to transferring to Netwealth Private.
Once submitted, the application is reviewed and, if approved, the account is established within the Netwealth platform.

Failure to provide sufficient wholesale eligibility evidence will delay or prevent account setup. Eligibility requirements are strict and must be maintained over time.
