Why hasn’t my password security code arrived?

Security codes are unable to be sent to International mobile numbers

A range of security protocols have been implemented to safeguard your transactions and personal data. When Netwealth reset’s your password, a security code will be sent by SMS to your phone.  

Please note that it may take up to 15 minutes to receive a code, however, security codes sent by SMS to your mobile are generally delivered immediately 

If you have not received your security code after 15 minutes, you can generate a new security code through the following steps:  

  1. On the 'Enter your security code' page, please click 'Try again'. This will return you to the 'Enter details' page.
  2. Enter your username and mobile and complete the Captcha requirement. 
  3. Click 'Next'. A new security code will be generated and sent to you.

If you still do not receive your code, call us for further assistance on 1800 888 223. 

For security purposes, the security code to reset your password will only be sent to the registered mobile phone. If you do not have access to the registered mobile phone call us for further assistance.
