This guide outlines how advisers can use the workflow tracker page to view current and recently completed requests to Netwealth in one central location. The requests types supported today, available in the tracker are:
- Wrap Applications
- Super Applications
- Asset Transfers In
- Recontributions
- Fee Consent
- Fee Renewal
- Power of Attorney
- Withdrawals
- Benefit Payments
- Account Closures
- Wholesale Investor Certificates.
Overview
To access the Workflow Tracker page, please navigate to Activities & Tasks > Activities and then select 'Workflow Tracker' tab from the navigation bar at the top of the page.
This workflow tracker page is organised into two main sections:
- Outstanding: View and track the status of a workflow or request that has been submitted to Netwealth.
- Completed: View a workflow or request that has been processed and completed in the last 14 days.
You will be able to see the workflows and requests for adviser codes you have access to.
Tracking and status
The following statuses are available for workflows:
Completed: Those that have been processed by Netwealth in the last 14 days, and do not require any more action. To see the date completed, click on the workflow item to open the right-side panel.
Processing: Workflows or requests currently being processed by Netwealth and do not require any additional information at this stage.
Pending: Netwealth is awaiting action or response from you, your client, Netwealth or another party. For Pending requests,
For Pending requests,
- Select the pending workflow, and open the right-side panel.
- Under "Case Details" view the pending reason and additional information for why the case is pending.
- If you have been asked to provide additional documentation, click on the link under "Case Details" which will take you to document upload tool.
Search, filtering and sorting
You can adjust the workflow tracker results using "Search" to search any field, or using the filters in the table toolbar. You can also sort the table by columns, by clicking on the column header.
