Using basic search
Netwealth's client search function allows you to easily find your clients' accounts. This guide will walk you through how to use the tool.
Text-based search
Once you have logged in, click the "Search for a client..." and type in the account name or number, a list of search results will appear.
Quick search
Alternatively, click the arrow next to the search bar, which will provide you a list of quick search options, such as: Last 20 clients, Top 10 by Available Cash or Greater than or equal to 90% of cash.
Search results
In the search results, you will be provided a list of accounts.
You can:
- Click on the username to be directed to the personal details page.
- Click on the account name to be directed to the portfolio.
- Click on the expand icon to show more details for the selected account, such as: the signatory requirements and authorised representative status.
- Export the search results be clicking on the icon.
- Sort the results by clicking on a column header.
- Filter the results, using the drop downs in the table menu.
Using advanced search
Once you have logged in, click the arrow in "Search for a client..." box, and then select 'Advanced Search'.
Advanced search by account details
This advanced search option allows you to search for an account(s) by entering their details, including things like user name, entity name, email, product option, total value or available cash between $ value and $ value.
Advanced search by adviser or employer fund
This advanced search option allows you to search for an account(s) linked to an adviser or employer sponsored fund.
