Netwealth has built the functionality that will allow an Adviser Representative (AR) user or client with transact access to move cash between username linked accounts instantly.
How does it work?
The action is from a Wealth Accelerator account, to either another Wealth Accelerator Account or a Super Accelerator account. A Super Accelerator account cannot initiate a transfer via this tool but can receive a transfer.
The movement of cash is instant and is completely online driven by an AR user or client with transact access. To read more about access levels, click here. This is a tool designed for urgent asset purchases, or to assist in funding an account to ensure it does not go through the Netwealth auto sell down run.
What are the requirements?
To be able to use this feature, an account must be:
- Linked to the receiving account through the same username, and
- Have a single signatory requirement.
How can I use it?
- Login to your Netwealth account (if you are an AR, please navigate via the search bar to the clients account).
- Navigate to Transactions > Pay & Withdrawal > Internal Transfer.
- Enter the cash value that you wish to be transferred.
- Select the account that you wish the funds to be transferred to.
- Click submit.
