I’m a new investor, how do I log in to my Netwealth online account?

Once your account is setup, you’ll receive a welcome email or letter from us confirming your username which you will need to log in. No password is issued at this stage as you will set one up when you log in for the first time.

To log in for the first time:

  1. Click the Login button in the top right corner of the Netwealth website.
  2. Click Issue new password.
  3. Enter your username (from your welcome email/letter) and mobile or email address and complete the Captcha requirement and click Next.
    If you are not able to move on from this screen, the details you are using do not match the records we have on file. We are either missing these details, or we have different contact details on file. Please contact us on 1800 888 223 for assistance.
  4. Upon clicking next, a security code will be sent to your mobile or email (depending on the identifier you chose on the previous page). You will only have 15 minutes to use this code (after which time you would need to restart this process again).
  5. Enter the security code and click Submit.
  6. Follow the prompts to create your own password, ensuring the password requirements are met.
  7. Click Change to submit your new password.
  8. Navigate back to the login page (using the login button at the top right corner of the Netwealth website) and enter your username and newly created password.
  9. On your first login, you will be prompted to set up security questions, in case a password reset is required in the future.
