How can I check how a withdrawal is progressing?

If your/your client's account had sufficient funds in the cash account at the time you requested the withdrawal, the funds should be received in the bank account within 24-72 hours, depending on who you/your client bank with.

If you were required to sell assets to facilitate the withdrawal, the withdrawal may be delayed depending on the asset’s settlement time.  

How can I check the status of the asset sale?

If you have online access, you can check the status of any asset sales from within your Netwealth online account. When logged in, navigate using the main menu to

Transactions > Search Transactions and select the Pending tab.

Indicative sale date will show on the pending screen for the asset to sell, and generally within 24 hours of this date.
