Can you tell me how my withdrawal is progressing?

If your account had sufficient funds in the cash account at the time you requested the withdrawal, the funds should be received in your bank account within 24-72 hours, depending on who you bank with.

If you were required to sell assets to facilitate the withdrawal, the withdrawal may be delayed depending on the asset’s settlement time.

How can I check the status of the asset sale?

If you have online access, you can check the status of any asset sales from within your Netwealth online account. When logged in, navigate using the main menu to Transactions > Search Transactions > Transactions and select the Pending tab.
