Netwealth are not liable for any action taken on the instructions of the Adviser Representative prior to receiving your notice. You can contact your adviser, and they can release themselves from your account, including the removal of any ongoing fee arrangements.

Netwealth can accept instructions to remove your nominated adviser and cancel advice fees via email or phone contact. See Netwealth's contact details here.
Removing an adviser via form
- Download the form "Remove Nominated Adviser" from the Netwealth website. Found under Support > Forms & Disclosure Documents > Wealth Accelerator/Super Accelerator.
- Complete the form, you can also adjust details about your account via the form, including contact details, preferred correspondence and preferred transaction method.
- Once you have signed the client declaration (Step 4), you can send it back to Netwealth via email (contact@netwealth.com.au), post it (Netwealth Investments Limited, Reply Paid 336, South Melbourne VIC 3205) or upload it using the document upload facility. If the account you provide to remove the adviser has more than one username linked, the primary username will have the adviser removed. Other usernames linked to the account will keep their existing adviser and maintain their access, the adviser will no longer be able to see the account.
